Perinatal Mental Health Workshop

Join us at our expert led workshop where we will discuss what is postpartum, what is perinatal mental health and how to seek help.

Workshop is open to all including expecting mothers, fathers and any professionals who work with pregnant women.

About 30% of mothers experience some issues with their mental health either during or after pregnancy. The most common perinatal mental health problems are:
Perinatal depression
Perinatal anxiety
Perinatal OCD
Postpartum psychosis
Postpartum PTSD.

At our expert led workshop we aim to educate about these mental health conditions as well as provide support and signpost for help. We are joined by the amazing doula Abla from @theshemsdoula, alongside mental health professionals who will discuss this topic in depth.

Children and babies are welcome however we are unfortunately unable to provide childcare so we ask that parents bare this in mind.
